How to Play

Magic Battle Online is a voxel-styled arena battler where mages clash using the power of the elements. Before fighting, you choose an element to master, from fire, water, wind and earth to ice, lightning, light, darkness, crystal, void and even time, and each one brings its own set of spells and abilities. Up to ten players can share the arena at once, and the map changes every five minutes, so the battlefield never stays familiar for long. Mixing quick blade strikes with well aimed spells is the key to winning fights. Victories raise your elemental mastery through a series of ranks, and spells can be strengthened as you go. Runes can be forged and fused into stronger versions, while duels with friends and special events give extra ways to test your skills.

Controls

On a computer, move with WASD, jump with Space, crouch with Shift and run with Ctrl. Press 1 for your blade and 2, 3 or 4 for spells. On a phone, use the joystick on the left, look around by swiping the screen, and use the jump, crouch and sprint buttons on the right. Spells are on the bottom panel.

Tips

1. Try a few elements to find one whose spells suit your style.
2. Learn the new map layout quickly after each five-minute change.
3. Mix blade attacks with spells instead of relying on one alone.
