What to include
- A game is not working: the name of the game, the device and browser you use, and what happens on the screen.
- Your account: write from the email address saved in your account so we can find it.
- Privacy or data requests: tell us what you would like us to do, for example to send you a copy of your data or to delete it.
- Copyright: please follow the steps on our Copyright page so we have everything we need.
